For best results apply one droplet to a flat make-up brush, add a little pigment or glitter product and apply to the desired area. The Mac Water-based Mixing Medium boasts to create an intensified and dramatic colour as it works to intensify the pigments in the eye shadow or make up product; it also holds the consistency of the particular product together.
